Through our comprehensive Rooftop Lease Program, Enfinity partners with commercial building owners and uses their rooftop space to produce clean, renewable energy.

In return, Enfinity pays rent to the building owner for the use of that rooftop space at a fixed annual lease payment under the terms of a twenty-year lease.

We become the direct and exclusive manager of each solar installation, responsible for all funding, inspections, permitting, development, installation, operation, maintenance, insurances and warranty. Enfinity assumes all development and operating risk.
